The 2024 FABSAA Annual Conference provides an opportunity for you and your team to learn more about the ins and outs of student finance in the State of Florida! This is a great opportunity to develop new skills, engage in professional development, and connect with your peers at similar institutions across the state.

FABSAA's 2024 Annual Conference will be held at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa in Fort Myers, Florida. 

Book your group rate for FABSAA Annual Conference here or individual reservations can be called in to 1-800-767-7777 and reference the FABSAA Conference. Reservations must be booked no later than March 29, 2024 to receive the group rate of $259.00 per night. The nightly Resort Fees and Self Parking Fees have been discounted. Attendees must book reservations within the group block to receive these special concessions. Please be advised, when booking reservations, guests will be made aware of our normal nightly Resort Fee of $25.00 and Self-Parking Fee of $15.00. But, again, these fees have been discounted for the FABSAA Conference.

$2,500.00 Platinum Sponsorship includes the largest company logo, your name on the conference Platinum Table topper, and a full slide display of your logo on the PowerPoint intermission during the conference. In addition, Platinum Sponsors will receive credit as Breakfast and Lunch sponsors on both Thursday and Friday. Platinum Sponsors receive first choice of booth location at the conference. Your logo and biography displayed in the conference booklet and vocal recognition at the start of each conference day by the President of FABSAA. Platinum Sponsorship also includes 2 registrations.

$2,000.00 Gold Sponsorship includes a large company logo, your name on the conference Gold Table topper , along with your logo displayed with other Gold Sponsors on the PowerPoint intermission during the conference. In addition, Gold Sponsors will receive credit as Snack Sponsors on both Thursday and Friday. Gold Sponsors will also receive 2nd choice of booth location. Your logo and biography displayed in the conference booklet and vocal recognition at the start of each conference day by the president of FABSAA. Gold sponsorship also includes 2 registrations.

$1,500.00 Silver Sponsorship includes your company logo on the conference Silver Table topper, as well as your name listed on the PowerPoint intermission that will be displayed during the conference. You will also receive 3rd choice of booth location, vocal recognition at the start of each day from the president of FABSAA, and your company logo and biography displayed in the conference booklet.

$1,000.00 Bronze Sponsorship includes your company logo listed on the PowerPoint intermission that will be displayed during the conference. You also receive vocal recognition. You will also receive 4th choice of booth location and your company logo displayed in the conference booklet.

$400.00 The Exhibitor Additional Attendee Registration Fee includes one (1) additional exhibitor registration, meals, materials, access to all sessions and functions.
